Handspun yarns and handmade goods, created one luminous strand at a time.

Each Fiber Pearls piece is created slowly and with intention, honoring the quiet beauty of handmade work. The following policies are in place to ensure a thoughtful and transparent experience for both maker and customer.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt.

Items must be returned in their original condition, including tags and original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Please package returns with care. If an item arrives back damaged due to insufficient packaging, Fiber Pearls reserves the right to deny the return.

If you have any concerns, I welcome the conversation and will always do my best to find a fair and reasonable solution.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

Once an order has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

Studio Environment & Materials

Fiber Pearls is created in a smoke-free, cat-friendly studio.

However, I cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Many of the fibers used are sourced from other fiber artists and suppliers, each with their own working spaces.

Fiber content is listed as accurately as possible to the best of my knowledge.

Color & Representation

Every effort is made to photograph and describe each piece as accurately as possible.

However, colors may appear differently depending on monitor settings, lighting, and screen type.

The Nature of Handmade

No two pieces are ever exactly alike.

Subtle variations in texture, tone, and structure are part of the character of handspun and handmade work—evidence of the human hand and the materials themselves.

Care & Use

Handspun yarns and handmade items should be handled with care.

Unless otherwise noted, handwashing in cool water and laying flat to dry is recommended.

Fiber Pearls is not responsible for damage resulting from improper care or use.

Shipping

Orders are prepared and shipped with care.

Once a package has been handed to the carrier, Fiber Pearls is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage in transit.

Custom Work

At this time, Fiber Pearls is not accepting custom orders.

Fiber Pearls is, at its heart, a small and thoughtful practice. I value clear communication, mutual respect, and the shared appreciation of handmade work.
